Position - Operator - Slitting

Daily Toolbox Talk. Machine & Machine Area Cleaning. Roll Loading & Unloading. As per planning Start job in define machine. Take Core from Core Storage Area. Bad Quality (Hold materials) not Keep in Ok Pallets. Pallets Arrangement. Wastage not More than 1.8% due to Slitting process, also do not waste more than 3% wastage during slitting. Rewinding Due to Slitting not more than 1% Overall Rewinding not more than 3%. No Customer Complaint due to operator negligence. Shift wise transfer Rework Coils to Rewinding Area with proper wrapping. After Complete Pallets, pallets Must be wrapped to avoid Mix up Complaint and move to ok slitting material area. MHE /machine Inspection checklist update on daily base. Must follow department's SOPs .

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
