We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Opertor to join our team in the non-woven textiles division. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training, gaining practical knowledge and skills in production processes, machinery operations and maintenance specific to non-woven fabric manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation and monitoring of non-woven textile production machines (e.g., spunbond, meltblown, needle-punch, etc.)
Support machine setup and troubleshooting under supervision
Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products
Document production and quality parameters as per SOPs
Learn and follow safety procedures and environmental compliance norms
Help in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs
Participate in training sessions and technical workshops provided by the company
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: ITI
Experience : 2 to 4 Years.
Basic understanding of textile manufacturing or industrial processes is a plus
Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours
Training Outcomes:
Understanding of non-woven fabric production technologies
Proficiency in operating specific machinery
Knowledge of quality control protocols in textiles
Familiarity with industrial safety practices
