Key Responsibilities

Production Line Operation

Operate machines and equipment as instructed by the supervisor. Handle raw materials, wafers, or modules during production. Ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime during the shift. Maintain cleanliness around the workstation and equipment. Assist in loading/unloading and shifting materials safely. Follow 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices. Support shift engineers and team leaders during production runs. Cooperate with maintenance and quality teams when required. Maintain records of daily work output as guided.

Qualification & Skills:

Education:

ITI / Diploma / +2 or any equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Freshers preferred (training will be provided).

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Willingness to work in shifts (rotational). Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
