Position: OPERATOR - PROCESS & CIP-Food and Agro-FMCG Processing

Qualification:

ITI/DIPLOMA in Electrical/mechanical or 12th pass

Experience:

Fresher or up to

2 years of experience in food industry

Key Skills:

Knowledge of RO unit operation, sugar syrup system operation, CIP operation,ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently and independently, mastery in executing multiple tasks simultaneously, good communication and leadership skills, up to date with best food industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

Sugar syrup preparation as per the standard operating procedure

CIP of production equipments as per standard operating procedure

Operation and maintenance of sugar syrup preparation system

Operation and maintenance of CIP system

Ensuring timely preparation of sugar syrup batches and timely process of raw material as per the production plan

Operation of R O Plant

Maintain process operation records

Maintain CIP records

Preserve excellent levels of communication skills.

Maintain high degree of hygiene in production floor and continuously make necessary improvements.

Understand and comply with regulatory requirements and other applicable standards during work.

Report to the Asst. Manager - Production regarding plans and day to day activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
