Job Description

To assist Lamination technician during make ready and job change over on the machine. To check & ensure all the RM as per work order & CPS Loading of raw materials and unloading of output rolls Transfer of adhesives as and when required during the shift operation. Monitoring of NCO & OH ratio during machine operation. Maintaining the speed as per agreed standard Controlling &Monitoring of Wastage as per agreed standard Maintain Lamination records of online process control chart, log books To Monitor & Control lamination as per Standard Process parameters To maintain machine cleanliness and good housekeeping. To prepare the requisition slip for the issue and return of the raw materials. To interact with printing department to get rolls as per lamination standard. To ensure output rolls flag free or strictly within agreed allowance. To avoid job suspension due to insufficient RM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
