Job Description

Operate chemical production equipments according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal production levels. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including batch records, equipment logs, and maintenance reports. Follow strict safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Assist in the setup and cleanup of production lines. Collaborate with quality control personnel to conduct product testing and ensure that finished products meet quality specifications. Participate in training programs to stay current on industry best practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate production activities and address any concerns or issues. Adhere to regulatory requirements, including environmental regulations, and company policies related to chemical handling and disposal To implement DSI/Kaizen to improve work /quality/safety in line with organizational goal . To ensure clean and safe work conditions in production area. Any other work deemed fit by your senior.
