Assembles mechanical units or fabricated parts to make sub-assemblies or complete products within routine and repetitive assembly operations. Conducts more complex production tasks such as operating multiple machines, Assists in setting up machines. Works at different workstations as production needs require. May train less experienced coworkers. Typically has more than 5 years of experience and works under general direction. Typical job titles include: Senior operator.
