Job Description

To operate and monitor utility equipment and systems (like boilers, chillers, compressors, water systems, etc.) ensuring continuous, safe, and compliant support to production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate utility equipment such as: Boilers Chillers Air compressors Water treatment plants (RO, WFI, softener, DM water) HVAC systems Monitor equipment parameters and take corrective actions in case of abnormalities. Record operating parameters as per SOPs and maintain equipment logbooks. Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Ensure smooth start-up and shutdown of equipment as per operational requirements. Follow safety procedures and GMP compliance during all activities. Assist engineering staff in daily utility checks and documentation. Report any issues or breakdowns to the engineering supervisor promptly. Support during audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade 1-3 years of experience in utility or engineering operations (preferably in pharma) Familiar with GMP, safety practices, and utility operations Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency calls

Pay: Up to ?23,000.00 per month
