Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining ice cream production processes including mix preparation, CF and IDMC machine operations, CIP activities, and cold room monitoring to ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor
ice cream production lines
in compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Handle
CF (Continuous Freezer) operations
, including start-up, shutdown, overrun control, and process monitoring.
Operate and maintain
IDMC machines
, ensuring smooth and safe operation during production.
Prepare ice cream
mix as per approved formulations
, including weighing, blending, pasteurization, and aging.
Perform
CIP (Clean-in-Place) operations
for production equipment, pipelines, and tanks to maintain hygiene and food safety.
Provide
technical support and troubleshooting
during machine breakdowns and process deviations.
Monitor and maintain
cold room temperatures
for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Experience :
Minimum one year of Experience
Requirements & Skills:
Experience in
ice cream or dairy processing plant operations
