Partner with the best As an Operator, you will be responsible for: .Having a technical diploma and/or minimum of 5 years of experience in TIG, SMAW, MIG welding .Following and enforcing strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes .Setting up components for welding according to specifications .Experiencing weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (flat, vertical, and overhead positions .Welding small and large components such as pipelines, valves, plates etc. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: .Have proven experience as welder .Have knowledge of relative safety requirement of welding and know how to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.) .Have experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, SMAW,MIG etc.) .Have experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.) .Have ability to read and interpret technical documents like WPS,PQR & WPQ and drawings .Have ability to find the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements .Have ability to find the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements .Have High school diploma or equivalent qualification, Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welder certificate) will be a plus .Have experience is PWHT setup, monitor and report preparation. .Have experience weld components With following materials like P#1,3,4,5A& 5B ,6,8,15E (Carbon steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless steel), Experience 15E Material is preferable and will be plus.
