YOUR TASKS:




Identify and use process-specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain safety standards. Set up and verify tools as per process requirements to enable smooth operations. Execute tasks accurately on the first attempt to minimize errors and rework. Focus on critical checkpoints and quality parameters to achieve defect-free output. Adhere to delivery schedules, achieve shift targets, and eliminate rework time. Use BOM and non-BOM materials efficiently to reduce waste and control costs




YOUR PROFILE:




ITI (NCVT) 2- 4 years of experience in Blade production Experience in Prefab, Mould, & Finishing departments English, Tamil & Hindi is preferrable
