About the Role

Operating in Safety a production line for Manufacturing of Medical Devices Products, according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As member of the shift team the Operator - Advance is responsible for the performance of the machine.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities:

\xe2\x96\xaa Work within EOGL HSE standards.

\xe2\x96\xaa Run the machine and watch the process; if necessary, adjust according to Essity Continuous Improvement Systems.

\xe2\x96\xaa Is responsible for the Operation, Set-up, Monitor and Troubleshooting of ancillary or support machines like printers associated with the operation of the main machine.

\xe2\x96\xaa Should be able to do the tool Changeover applicable to the machines (Except tools categorized in requirement of expert technical skills)

\xe2\x96\xaa Is responsible for the machine changeover during the product change.

\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure Material / Resource Availability required for effective operation of the machine.

\xe2\x96\xaa Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification. rejecting and blocking if necessary.

\xe2\x96\xaa Monitors the performance of the team members supporting her/him on her/his machine. Guides them in improving the performance.

\xe2\x96\xaa Complete all the required documentation and data files (Soft data or hard copies) as a reflection of the overall machine operations (Like BMR, in-process inspection reports, loss data, Process Failures, Machine failures, registers for data or any other as defined by the organization)

\xe2\x96\xaa Takes responsibility for the rework of the quarantined materials of his/her own shift. Ensures the same being cleared in his or her own shift. Takes the lead of monitoring the activities when major quantity is being quarantined and returned from FG stores.

\xe2\x96\xaa Is responsible for handling and resolving independently the process failures.

\xe2\x96\xaa Share constructively the Constraints / feedback of the shifts and approaches with available solutions. Takes lead in implementing solutions when allotted. Voluntarily Participates in DOM to share.

\xe2\x96\xaa Investigates independently Repetitive issues identified on the machine during the in process checks and is able to make report independently. Supports the Investigation for CAPA, Complaints or any other deviation in his/her scope of area or where in the member was part.

\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure high level of Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) and Good Manufacturing practices (GMP).

\xe2\x96\xaa Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons/stakeholders who needs to be communicated

\xe2\x96\xaa Coaches the members on the packing line attached to the machine (if any ) of the product quality.

\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure effective line clearance done during the changeover. Conducts the reconciliation process during batch or process order change, including packing lines.

\xe2\x96\xaa Ensure CIL being conducted effectively and clear the abnormalities by himself or with help of technical expert.

\xe2\x96\xaa Handles independently minor maintenances activities through trouble shooting.

\xe2\x96\xaa Should support development of standards / Improvements in form of OPL, Kaizens.

\xe2\x96\xaa Staggers the operations.

\xe2\x96\xaa Ensures that all the materials produced (good, rejects, Quarantine) has adequately been handled and transferred appropriately.

\xe2\x96\xaa Responsible for Collection and disposal of waste.

\xe2\x96\xaa Plays a role in identifying and sharing the Safety concerns. Takes lead to close the Safety concerns which are assigned to the individual.

\xe2\x96\xaa Has Knowledge of SOP\'s, Specs, Standards required for performing the responsibilities as listed above. Should have the basic computer skills.

\xe2\x96\xaa Should be able to operate Category 3 machines.
