We are looking for a smart, confident, and experienced Female Operations Manager to handle the complete operations of a premium salon & wellness spa.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day spa & salon operations
Manage staff scheduling, grooming, and performance
Ensure excellent customer service & handle client escalations
Achieve sales, service & membership targets
Manage billing, cash handling & daily reporting
Oversee inventory, stock, and vendor coordination
Maintain high hygiene, ambiance & service standards
Requirements:
2-5 years experience in Spa/Salon/Hospitality operations
Strong communication & leadership skills
Presentable, customer-focused, and well-organized
