About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing continuous updates to internal departments throughout the shipping process
2. Working on follow-up on e-mail for daily pick-up, in transit, and delivery shipment
3. Working on sharing the POD/acknowledgment on e-mail with internal departments
4. Working on follow-ups for damaged/lost shipments with respective courier partners regarding claims procedure

1. Good written communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to prioritize and multitask
3. Good time management skills
