We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented operations specialist with a basic understanding of social media platforms and a proven track record in team management. As an operations specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our social media processes and leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead and manage a team of operations associates, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and refine social media operational processes and strategies
3. Use your basic knowledge of social media platforms to assist in content scheduling, monitoring, and engagement
4. Utilize Excel and other tools to track, analyze, and report on team performance, operational efficiency, and project status

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process management
