About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the training manager in identifying the training needs of our operation sites
2. Design and develop training materials and programs
3. Deliver training programs to our operation sites
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent training across all sites
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational and time management skills
4. Ability to work independently and in a team
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus

Note: This is a paid internship with a duration of 3 to 6 months. The training intern will work remotely and may be required to travel occasionally to our operation sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about training and wants to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

We are looking for a training intern to join our team and provide training to our operation sites. The training intern will work closely with the training manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our different operation sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and in a team, and have a passion for teaching.
