Operations Trainee
who is eager to learn, actively
engage on the shop floor, and support day-to-day production, packing, quality, and basic laboratory
activities.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in
manufacturing operations with exposure to quality systems
and in-house testing environments
. The trainee will work closely with production and quality teams and
gain early experience in plant operations, QA/QC workflows, and future internal lab processes.

Key Responsibilities
The Operations Trainee will be expected to
learn and actively participate
in the following:
Daily Operations & Production Support
Assist in coordinating daily production activities on the shop floor
Work closely with production staff to ensure planned output is achieved
Support smooth workflow between production, drying, packing, and dispatch
Packing & Dispatch
Supervise and assist packing operations to ensure correct weight, labeling, and sealing
Ensure packing materials are available and used efficiently
Support timely dispatch of finished goods as per schedule
Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
Assist in implementing basic quality checks during production and packing
Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety practices
Support documentation related to batch records and quality logs
Assist in sample collection, labelling, and basic in-house testing activities
Support documentation for quality parameters, test results, and trend tracking
Participate in setting up and standardising internal lab workflows and SOPs as the facility expands
Work alongside senior team members on feed quality, raw material evaluation, and process validation
Inventory & Materials Management
Assist in raw material and finished goods stock updates
Support inward and outward material tracking
Coordinate with management for procurement and stock replenishment
Team Coordination & Communication
Maintain daily communication with supervisors, workers, and management
Help maintain a healthy working relationship between management and ground staff
Escalate operational issues in a timely and structured manner
Support data collection for production, wastage, and efficiency tracking
Assist in improving operational discipline and process documentation
Learn compliance, safety, and basic regulatory practices relevant to the plant
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word); familiarity with Tally is a plus
