We are looking for an

Operations & Technical Manager

who can lead manufacturing operations, manage customer projects, and represent the company in technical and business forums.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day sheet metal fabrication activities -

laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly

. Plan and monitor production schedules, quality, and on-time delivery. Review fabrication drawings and ensure manufacturability. Coordinate with design, purchase, and planning teams for smooth operations. Act as the

technical contact

for customers and manage project execution from start to finish. Handle

customer follow-ups

, approvals, and delivery coordination. Represent the company at

expos, trade fairs, and client visits

. Provide

technical support

to the sales team during quotation and proposal preparation.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

5-10 years

experience in sheet metal fabrication, enclosures, or precision manufacturing. Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, GD&T, and production processes. Proficiency in

AutoCAD / SolidWorks

. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen is an advantage.
