CBI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Team Lead in Academic to manage daily operations, lead a team of writers/analysts, and ensure high-quality delivery of projects within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, subject-matter versatility, and a proven ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team to ensure productivity and performance targets are achieved.
Allocate tasks and monitor workload distribution across the team.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, originality, and adherence to company standards.
Ensure timely delivery of all projects while managing strict deadlines and client priorities.
Provide subject-level guidance across multiple domains, including IT, Management, Healthcare, Finance, and related fields.
Coordinate with senior management regarding team performance, project status, and escalations.
Conduct regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.
Maintain documentation, reports, and operational metrics.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, team leadership, or project delivery roles.
Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
Strong understanding of academic or content-based project workflows.
Working knowledge of multiple subjects, including IT, Management, Healthcare, Finance, etc.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic project tracking tools.
