Oversee daily backend operations tasks (HR, Talent, QA, Billing & Scheduling related), ensuring accuracy and consistency across the team.
Guide team members on standard procedures and best practices to reduce errors.
Coordinate with the U.S. team to stay updated on new processes and share them with the team.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Ensure smooth communication of policy and process changes across teams.
Support and mentor team members to maintain a positive and collaborative work culture.
Address team concerns professionally and promote open, respectful communication.
Set clear team goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Identify potential issues early and work with the team to find effective solutions.
Familiarity with platforms like
WellSky, RingCentral

Paylocity
