Responsibilities:
Coordinate effectively with teams and offices across different countries to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
Support and execute various activities within company software applications, mainly Data entry and verification related to BD & Sales, Operations, Supplier Management, and Finance.
Provide Assistance in resolving issues within software applications to minimize business disruptions and ensure optimal performance.
Utilize prior experience with different software applications in sales, operation and finance domains; familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle is highly valued.
Prepare and present management reports and presentations using Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), demonstrating a high level of proficiency
