Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Operations & Administration Executive

to manage end-to-end business operations, including general administration, production operation activities (release testing coordination), and client-facing support. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate across teams, and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities:



Handle daily

administrative operations

of the company (invoicing, facility, logistics, documentation, compliance). Coordinate and track Product

production releases

, conduct initial testing, and report findings. Act as a liaison between internal tech teams and client teams for release readiness and testing feedback. Make

regular support calls to client-side teams

to gather feedback, share updates, and offer resolution for post-release issues. Maintain customer issue logs and follow through on escalations and resolutions. Manage reports, dashboards, and routine operations documentation. Assist leadership with cross-functional coordination and operational planning.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, or any relevant field. 1+ years of experience in operations, admin, customer support, or coordination roles. Excellent communication (English & Hindi/Telugu preferred) and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and general tech tools. Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively. Experience in SaaS or IT environments is a strong plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
