About the Role



This role is responsible for creating release reference and Settlement Instructions for Releases and rendering the best outcome to the customer. In-depth understanding of Releases process in detail is one of the key criteria for this role.

8.5Hours/Day, Monday to Friday, Rotational Shift as per the business requirement



What will your day look like?



As Operations Support Officer, you will:



Process items/events with timeliness and accuracy.

Meet or exceed productivity standards.

Handle queries from ANZ customers & staff.

Provide continuing liaison with customers/Brokers/Solicitors through to final resolution.

Exercise thorough credit worthiness assessment and sound decision-making

Effectively communicate all credit decisions.

Achieves progression to appropriate skill levels within agreed timeframes
