Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support daily business operations to ensure seamless workflow.
Coordinate with customer support, and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
Assist in implementation of new processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Identify gaps in operations and suggest process improvements.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Support management in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business, Commerce, Operations, or related field).
1-2 years of experience in operations / administration / support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
