About the Company:
Radhika Express Service operates a fleet of 600+ vehicles and supports multiple government and private clients. We are strengthening our digital operations using WMS and GPS-based tracking systems to improve efficiency from warehouse to delivery.
Role Overview:
We are hiring
Operations & Systems Deployment Trainees
who will support WMS operations, GPS vehicle tracking, and deployment coordination. This role offers structured training and a clear path to permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily WMS operations and basic system activities
Monitor GPS-based vehicle tracking and movement status
Assist manager/branch-wise deployment tracking
Maintain vehicle master data (new registrations, documents)
Track departures, arrivals, and operational efficiency
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets
Coordinate with operations, drivers, and warehouse teams
Training & Career Growth:
Hands-on training in WMS, GPS tracking, deployment workflows
Exposure to basic operations reporting and reconciliation
Opportunity to move into permanent roles in operations, WMS support, or fleet control
Eligibility & Skills:
BCA / BA preferred
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Sheets, email, WhatsApp)
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn WMS, GPS tracking, and deployment systems
Freshers are welcome
Compensation:
Training Period:
?10,000 - ?12,000 stipend per month
After Training (Permanent):
?18,000 - ?20,000 salary per month
Performance-based fast-track confirmation for top performers
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
Evening shift can be considered if mutually agreed
