We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Executive who will handle outdoor activities related to accounts and administration. The role involves travelling to collect bills, submit or collect documents from government departments (like GST office), vendors, and clients, and supporting the accounts team in daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit vendors, clients, and government offices (GST, tax, etc.) to submit and collect bills, challans, and documents.
Ensure timely collection and submission of invoices and supporting documents.
Coordinate with the accounts team for maintaining proper documentation and filing.
Handle basic administrative errands related to accounts and compliance.
Maintain records of all visits and ensure transparency in documentation.
Assist in other office-related or field coordination work as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Willingness to travel within the city as required.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and GST procedures is an added advantage.

Time management and attention to detail.
Responsible and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work independently and handle field tasks efficiently.
