- Process Coordinator (Junior Role) About the Role We are looking for a Process Coordinator (Junior) to support the smooth functioning of our business operations. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn how processes run across departments.
Key Responsibilities o Assist in tracking, documenting, and updating workflows across teams (sales, operations, logistics, etc.) o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time o Maintain and update process trackers, reports, and dashboards o Identify and report bottlenecks or gaps in day-to-day processes o Support SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation and training material creation o Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures o Assist senior process coordinators/managers in process improvement initiatives o Handle basic data entry, reporting, and follow-ups with stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications o Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Operations, or related field) o Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail o Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets is a must) o Good communication and coordination skills o Ability to multitask and manage priorities o Eagerness to learn business processes and grow into higher responsibility roles
