Parsi Dairy Farm is looking for an experienced
Operations & Supply Chain Manager
to oversee and support end-to-end operations across
retail outlets, warehouse, purchase, and production teams
. The role requires a
smart, proactive, and quick decision-maker
who can ensure smooth stock movement, timely deliveries, and operational efficiency across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across
retail stores, warehouse, purchase, and production units
Manage
stock planning, inventory control, and movement
between warehouse, production, and retail
Ensure
timely dispatch and delivery
of dairy products to all retail locations
Coordinate with purchase team for
raw material procurement
and vendor management
Monitor production planning to meet daily demand and minimize wastage
Resolve operational issues quickly and take
on-the-spot decisions
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and internal SOPs
Analyze operational reports and improve process efficiency
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth day-to-day operations
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
10 years of experience
in operations / supply chain / warehouse / retail management
Experience in
Dairy, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail Operations
preferred
Strong understanding of
inventory, logistics, and production planning
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple teams and fast-paced operations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Tech-friendly (ERP / inventory systems preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Senior operations professional with hands-on experience
Proven ability to manage
high-volume, time-sensitive supply chains
Mumbai-based or willing to work from Mumbai
Result-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
