Must be willing to travel across PAN India as per client location and project deployment needs. Should be prepared to stay at client locations for a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 1 month, based on implementation scope. Responsible for managing their own travel arrangements including bus/train bookings and hotel stays in advance. (Reimbursed as per company policy.) Must understand the client's end-to-end logistics operations and workflows thoroughly. Maintain detailed meeting minutes and process tracking in Excel; create professional PPT presentations and flowcharts for stakeholders. Should be able to capture and analyze new customization requests from client teams not currently supported by CargoFL's ERP modules. Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW), blueprint documents, and detailed requirement specifications in Microsoft Word as per documentation standards. Engage with transporters, warehouse supervisors, and drivers to gather operational insights and understand on-ground challenges. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current logistics operations and propose CargoFL-based solutions to address them effectively. Build strong working relationships with all client-side stakeholders involved in the project to ensure smooth collaboration. Share daily updates and progress reports with both the customer team and the internal project team. Clearly communicate new functional requirements to internal development and QA teams for implementation. Send out weekly and monthly status reports to the client, summarizing project progress and pending actions. Conduct and manage software training sessions for all relevant customer stakeholders -- both offline (on-site) and online, as per demand. Demonstrate proactive communication across both client and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making. Manage and oversee the software implementation and operational execution of multiple concurrent projects. Provide functional support for all assigned projects throughout the implementation and post-deployment phases. Ensure leave plans are communicated in advance to both client and internal teams and arrange backup support to avoid project disruption
