Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Outbound Operations Supervisor

to oversee our warehouse dispatch activities and team performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound operations, manpower handling, and strong command over

Advanced Excel

for tracking, reporting, and data analysis. Candidates from the

pharmaceutical or logistics industry

will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of orders. Manage and allocate manpower efficiently to meet operational targets. Monitor stock movement, coordinating closely with warehouse and logistics teams. Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using Advanced Excel. Oversee the packaging, labelling, and loading process to ensure compliance with company standards. Track pricing and manage order billing-related support as per warehouse norms. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow and issue resolution.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Commerce). 2-4 years of experience in outbound operations or warehouse supervision. Strong knowledge of

Advanced Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting). Good understanding of manpower planning and performance tracking. Experience in the

pharmaceutical industry

or similar regulated environment preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
