We are looking for a skilled professional to manage essential backend operations, including HR support, talent acquisition processes, quality assurance, billing compliance, and scheduling. The role involves developing SOPs, ensuring smooth communication of updates from US counterparts, and maintaining strong coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, mentor team members, address concerns professionally, and drive continuous improvement. Experience with platforms such as WellSky, RingCentral, and Paylocity is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage important backend operations such as HR support, talent acquisition, quality checks, billing accuracy, and scheduling. Ensure all tasks are done correctly and consistently.
Create and maintain best practices and SOPs to improve team performance and reduce mistakes.
Work as the main point of contact with the US team to receive new updates and share them clearly with the local team.
Handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Make sure all internal teams receive timely and clear information about new policies and process updates.
Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members to build a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Address team concerns respectfully and encourage open communication and mutual respect.
Set clear performance goals for the team and offer regular feedback and coaching to help them improve.
Identify potential operational problems early and work with the team to develop long-term solutions.
Having experience with platforms like WellSky, RingCentral, and Paylocity is a strong advantage.
