Job Overview:

We are looking for an

Operations Executive / Factory Supervisor

to manage daily factory operations, handle labour, and maintain accurate production records. The role requires close monitoring of production flow and stock movement.

We manufacture cotton ropes

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities. Manage labour attendance and work allocation. Maintain records of production, stock in/out, and material usage.

Track how much product is manufactured and dispatched daily.

Prepare basic reports using MS Excel. Coordinate between production, labour, and management.

Requirements:

Male candidate preferred. Experience in manufacturing or factory operations. Good knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining records. Ability to manage labour and production efficiently. Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
