Description :
Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.
:

• Handling daily Air Export shipments and their operations.
• Creating Jobs in TMF for every shipment before execution as per the process.
• Co-ordinate with CHA, shipper Transporter & carrier on daily basis for smooth shipments execution.
• Accrue all vendor cost incurred at house & Master level.
• Send system pre-alert to post shipment execution.
• Handling corporate customer shipments as per agreed SOP.
• Send pre-alert as per SLI & agreed SOP.
• Send billing instructions to billing desk within agreed TAT.
• Update & maintain shipments DSR on daily basis.
• Dispatch all invoices to customer as per agreed SOP.
• Milestone & KPI Monitoring
