Essential Job Functions:

Manages Ocean carrier relationships. Leads and manages Ocean contract negotiations for the service scope responsibility identified and supports managers for other areas as needed. Coordination and communication with shipping line, vendors like transporter, CHA, CFS Booking Placement with Carrier, Coleader, Cargo pickup and container placement, CHA communication for Clearance Should have system knowledge, maintain KPI on daily basis. Completes monthly trend analysis. Participates in client QBRs with CWW clients as needed Supports Inside sales/bid/RFQ team Leads analytics, metrics and reporting needs and improvements for the Ocean Product Management team Maintains CWW Rate Matrix Participates in problem resolution discussions as needed by local stations. Acts as escalation point for Ocean-related issues. Provides strategic information and feedback to management. Other duties as assigned
