Operations Supervisor
Job Description
Track, monitor, and improve department KPIs, including dispatch target achievement, on-time delivery, and defect-free delivery.
Maintain operational safety by preventing human injuries and vehicle damage in the stockyard.
Inventory management and optimum utilisation of stockyard parking space.
Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards in all stockyard operations.
MIS reports sharing with multiple stakeholders.
Know about yard operations and outsource manpower supervision.
Proficient in MS office tools (especially MS Excel and Powerpoint).
Knowledge of safety at work place.
