Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate activities across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service Assist in resolving guest complaints and operational issues quickly and effectively Support the Operations Manager in daily planning and execution Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures Train and guide staff to uphold resort standards and SOPs Assist in inventory control and cost management Maintain a strong presence during peak hours and critical operations

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel/resort operations or supervisory role Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good knowledge of hotel software systems (e.g., PMS, POS) Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Degree or diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
