Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Supervisor to join our growing cleaning service company in Hosur. This role is key to ensuring our cleaning teams perform their work on time, with quality, and with the right resources. You'll be the bridge between management and our field staff, helping to coordinate daily tasks and maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign daily cleaning tasks to workers based on the schedule provided Monitor cleaning quality and make sure jobs are completed on time Guide and support team members on-site as needed Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are available and in good condition Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and notify management for reorders Handle basic on-site issues and report any major concerns to the manager Travel to different work sites (as required) to oversee work
Requirements:

Must be proficient in spoken Hindi Must have a two wheeler and a driver's licence Must be able to drive Maruti Suzuki Eeco Strong communication and people management skills Ability to plan, organize and solve problems quickly Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and proactive Willingness to travel locally within Hosur and nearby areas.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
