The Operational Supervisor will oversee the smooth functioning of daily park activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a great guest experience. This role involves managing staff schedules, monitoring ride operations, coordinating maintenance needs, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support park staff to ensure effective workflow and excellent customer service.
Oversee daily park operations, including ride functionality, queue management, and visitor safety.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate daily maintenance to ensure all attractions and facilities are in optimal working condition.
Manage inventory of operational supplies and equipment; ensure timely availability and reporting.
Maintain proper documentation, operational logs, and compliance with safety standards.
Work closely with management for continuous improvement in park operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in operations or supervisory role preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
