Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Air Import Department, ensuring smooth coordination with CHA, Airlines, and Transporters for timely and efficient cargo movement.
Customer Service:
Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to client queries (Domestic and Overseas).
Resolve operational issues effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Carrier & Vendor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with air carriers, vendors, and service partners.
Negotiate freight rates and service terms to achieve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, customs regulations, and air cargo compliance standards, including safety and security protocols.
Documentation & Reporting:
Handle daily operations reports, DSR (Daily Status Report), and KPI tracking with zero error.
Upload all shipment-related documents in the system accurately.
Prepare and release Delivery Orders (DO) and Freight Certificates (FC) for collect shipments.
Ensure timely system entries and provide daily operational updates to the Reporting Manager.
Process Improvement:
Identify and report areas for process enhancement to improve departmental efficiency and accuracy.
Implement approved changes in coordination with the Reporting Manager.

Education : Bachelors
Experience : 2 years: 2-7 years of experience in Freight forwarding industry
