Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Operations Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Creative and Marketing.
• In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and enhancing our customer success creative and marketing operations through effective reporting, analysis, and streamlined processes.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving customer success and marketing efficiency.

Role:

• Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to creative projects and team productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize data and analytics to assess the performance of creative marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to define and track relevant metrics that measure customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success.
• Generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of customer success and marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into customer success performance.

Skill Requirement:

• Proven analytical skills, and excellent skills in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools \xe2\x80\x93Power BI and others
• Experience in project management within a creative or marketing environment
• Comfortable presenting insights and findings to a broad range of stakeholders
• Familiar with customer success and marketing function
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
