About the Role

At Scratchpad, we're not just a creative agency, we're a growing ecosystem where ideas, design, strategy, and execution collide daily. To keep this ship moving smoothly, we're looking for an Operations Specialist (Founder's Office) - someone who acts as the right hand to the Creative Head, while keeping a close eye on everything that makes Scratchpad run.

This isn't your "behind-the-scenes" operations gig. This role places you at the epicenter of decision-making, execution, and leadership. You'll move across departments, connect the dots, streamline workflows, and make sure the big ideas don't fall through the cracks.

What You'll Own (Key Responsibilities)

Strategic Partner: Work directly with the Creative Head as their go-to problem-solver and trusted right hand. Workflow Streamliner: Simplify and standardize processes to drive efficiency across departments. Independent Project Owner: Manage operations-related projects with minimal oversight. Cross-Department Navigator: Ensure seamless coordination between teams -- Creative, Performance, Production, Strategy, and more. Mentor & Guide: Support and mentor juniors on process management and team coordination. Decision-Maker: Step in and take charge when bottlenecks appear or quick calls are needed. Problem Anticipator: Spot gaps before they become issues and proactively resolve them. Leadership Extension: Represent leadership in reviews, check-ins, and operations discussions when required. Structure Builder: Introduce smart processes that improve efficiency while keeping creativity alive.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2 to 4 years in operations, consulting, project management, or business strategy. (Agency/creative background is a plus!) Proactive Nature: You don't just follow tasks you anticipate needs and take initiative. Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive in getting ideas across. Leadership Instincts: Able to influence teams, mentor juniors, and take ownership. Balanced Mindset: Analytical when needed, adaptable when things shift. Ownership: You'll treat Scratchpad's growth as if it were your own.
