Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Senior Executive - Operations

with over 4 years of experience in technical operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

AI/ML support, technical troubleshooting

, and

team leadership

, preferably from a Civil or Mechanical Engineering background. This role demands the ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams, streamline operations, and support the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the technical support or engineering domain. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers to achieve performance and delivery targets. Provide expert support in AI/ML-based solutions and ensure smooth implementation. Identify process gaps and implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and QA. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards. Prepare operational reports and present insights to management. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure quick resolution.

Key Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of experience

in technical operations or support domain. Strong exposure to

AI/ML platforms, tools

, and support environments. Demonstrated experience in

mentoring engineering teams

. Educational background in

Civil or Mechanical Engineering

preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Strong understanding of process optimization and quality assurance.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with support ticketing tools, reporting dashboards. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures and remote support tools. Certification in operations management, project management, or AI/ML will be an added advantage.
