Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations and sales activities within the assigned region. Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Ensure smooth supply chain and distribution processes across channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal teams. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Train and guide field sales staff to enhance productivity.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in the Dairy Industry. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field travel. Willing to travel extensively across assigned territories.
