Role Overview:

We are looking for a

smart, hands-on individual

to handle our India-side operations. You'll be the key point of contact for all activities post-import -- from receiving goods to delivering to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive shipments from China and manage inventory Coordinate local assembly and packaging Manage daily WhatsApp/online orders and ensure timely delivery Liaise with couriers and oversee logistics Handle basic customer service and order issues Support with vendor coordination (packaging, printing, batteries, etc.) Maintain stock reports and cash flow records Share weekly updates with founder (based in China)

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce Good communication skills (English/Hindi) Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving attitude Experience with tools like Shiprocket, IndiaMart, or courier partners is a bonus

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
