You will work closely with client projects, supporting operational tasks and ensuring timely communication and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage
proposals, quotations, and invoices
Maintain and update data using
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Handle
content and product updates
on ecommerce websites using Excel and Website backend.
(Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms)
Coordinate with
clients, designers, developers, and internal teams
Track tasks, timelines, and
ensure project deadlines are met
Follow up on approvals, feedback, and deliverables
Maintain organized project documentation and records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good working knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong
written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of
ecommerce websites / CMS platforms
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive approach
Comfortable working in an
office-based environment
Preferred (Good to Have):
Experience with
Shopify, WooCommerce, or ecommerce admin panels
Prior experience in
operations, project coordination, or client servicing
Familiarity with task management tools
