Product assembly, testing, quality checking and supporting production activities as per company standards
Assemble electromechanical products / Fiber products, components, and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, SOPs, and work instructions.
Perform mechanical fitting, wiring, soldering, crimping, and connector assembly as required.
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, test jigs, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct visual checks and functional tests to ensure products meet quality standards.
Identify assembly defects or non-conformities and report them to the supervisor/QC team.
Maintain compliance with ISO standards and internal quality policies.
Perform basic troubleshooting on assembly issues or minor mechanical/electrical faults.
Coordinate with engineering/production teams for process improvements or technical clarifications.
Assist in prototype builds, product testing, and new assembly processes when needed.
Qualification:
BE/B.tech/Dip in Engineering. Knowledge of Product assembly, Quality checking. Freshers can also apply.
