Position Overview:
APAART is seeking a strategic and dynamic
Head of Operations & Procurement
to oversee project execution, procurement planning, logistics, customer retention, and continuous improvement across our design studio vertical. This role plays a critical part in aligning operations with business growth, ensuring service quality, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Project Execution & Studio Operations
Manage execution of design and fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Oversee production planning and coordination across architectural, interior, and procurement teams.
Monitor project milestones and intervene proactively to resolve execution gaps.
Procurement & Logistics
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Supervise logistics operations, from vendor coordination to site delivery and storage management.
Customer Care & Retention
Oversee post-sale support and service delivery.
Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and issues.
Build long-term relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Quality, Compliance & Safety
Enforce SOPs and industry standards across operations.
Ensure compliance with quality norms and safety protocols.
Conduct audits and drive corrective actions where needed.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication between design, accounts, and operations.
Mentor team members and build capabilities for long-term growth.
Review MIS reports and ensure accurate operational documentation.
Strategic Growth
Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Continuously seek process improvements and efficiency gains.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in project execution and procurement (preferably in design/architecture industries).
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
High accountability, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
Ability to mentor and develop teams effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of relevant experience in operations and procurement.
Experience in interior design, construction, or studio-based environments is highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
