Operations PMO



Operations PMO is responsible for leading and managing multi projects within specific industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams.


This position will be situated within MACS INDIA (Marketing & Creative Services) which is the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization providing services ranging from Marketing to campaign management and social analytics and content to creative design for all of the Capgemini Group.
Job Responsibilities
They have a good knowledge of their role methodologies and tool. They can work in a team and independently. They have developed specific expertise (e.g brand architecture, employer brand, different graphic styles, etc.). They are gaining exposure to the client. They know how to translate creative concepts using mood-boards and visual media. They are comfortable with different graphic styles and determine visual areas.
Job RequirementsPost graduate degree MBA /diploma in from a reputed institution. At least 6-8 years of experience in marketing & communications, with 3 years in a large IT MNC/India Services pure play/Business Consulting firm or account management experience in large advertising agencies, working with multinational clients Curious, Goal Oriented, Structured and process-led Must be a self-starter and must be able to work individually and with diverse teams. Exposure to Martech tools and CRM will be desirable Should be very familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media. Creative, innovative, and quality driven Excellent presentation skills, communication skills Great aptitude for quifck learning of new industries and markets
Skills/ExperiencePrior experience in project management, planning, defining, and executing will be preferred Exceptional skills in time management and managing stakeholders Expert interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to articulate complex business in a simple way Working knowledge of Marketing and Operations Marcom, creative development Proficiency in MS Office and experience with project management tools
