Scope of business services includes:

Analysis of Business Operations, KPIs : Analysis of the business as a whole, its strategic direction, and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those strategic goals.

Analysis of Financial Documents: Evaluate the operational efficiency of the business using income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and rates of return.

Sales and marketing analytics: Essential to unlocking commercially relevant insights, increasing revenue and profitability, and improving brand perception.

Consumer Data and Analytics: Market research to discover needs of the consumer and relevant demographics to be used in market segmentation. Helps in predicting consumer behaviour.

7. Working on forecasting
