About The Apprentice Project

The Apprentice Project aims to empower children to realize their unique potential by productively utilizing the available interest club spaces in schools and using the tools of creative & critical thinking, collaboration, self-reflection, and communication. We give kids a chance to learn what they love by connecting them to volunteers who teach what they love. TAP places high-skilled individuals in under-resourced schools where students pick skills that they would like to learn from one of the four verticals - performance arts, visual arts, sports, and cognitive skills in a classroom environment.

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visit schools from your city during TAP class time (Saturday)
2. Ensure that teachers are following structures shared by TAP to ensure operational excellence
3. Observe student classes for TAP activities
4. Support teachers in operational execution for tasks like - material distribution, show &
tell, data collection, etc.

Skills required:
1. Enthusiastic, curious and passionate about delivering educational impact in dynamic
settings
2. Good communication skills: Comfortable explaining/talking with children & teachers
3. Comfortable using G suite Apps/Microsoft Office
